Scott Aigen, Esq. specializes his practice in the representation of Plaintiffs in the field of personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Prior to forming the Aigen Law Firm, P.A., Mr. Aigen gained valuable experience pursuing and litigating numerous personal injury cases, representing both Defendants and Plaintiffs throughout the State of Florida. As a defense attorney, he gained particular insight and knowledge as to how large corporations and their insurance companies evaluate claims along with the strategies they use in their defense. Mr. Aigen has used these prior experiences to his advantage while competing against these corporate giants and maximizing his clients’ recoveries.
Before entering the practice of law, Mr. Aigen graduated with honors from the University of New Hampshire, with a dual degree in Health Management and Policy along with Communication. He was then recruited by a healthcare consulting agency in Boston, Massachusetts where he accepted a management position, providing education and training to hospitals throughout the United States in the areas of occupational safety, hospital accreditation, and code compliance. It was his passion for advocacy in the healthcare setting that led Mr. Aigen in his pursuit to a law degree and his primary focus in the field of personal injury litigation.
Mr. Aigen is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and Washington D.C. As managing partner at the Aigen Law Firm, P.A., he represents Plaintiffs throughout the United States who are victims of injury and wrongful death, involving automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, construction-related accidents, negligent security, medical malpractice, and other complex negligence matters. Mr. Aigen has a successful track record of accomplishment as he continues to excel in recovering substantial compensation for his clients. He is an active member of the Florida Justice Association and has been given distinct honors by the Florida Super Lawyers association.
Outside of the Courtroom, Mr. Aigen resides in beautiful Miami Beach, Florida where he enjoys music, sunny skies, yoga, and the outdoors.
