Originally from Belarus, Arseni has been working alongside Scott Aigen since 2019, gaining invaluable experience in personal injury law even before beginning law school. Arseni was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2024 and is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of his clients.
Arseni earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Florida International University in December 2020 before pursuing his Juris Doctor at Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law. During his time at Nova, he distinguished himself academically and in advocacy, serving as Assistant Executive Editor for Nova Law Review Volume 48 and earning CALI Awards (Highest Grade) in Contract Law and Trial Advocacy. He maintained consistent academic excellence, appearing on the Dean’s List from Fall 2021 through Winter 2024.
His advocacy skills earned him recognition as the winner of the 9th Annual Mark Dobson 1L Closing Argument Competition and recipient of the Order of Barristers. Arseni represented Nova as a semi-finalist in the regional Texas Young Lawyers Association (TYLA) Competition and as a national competitor in both the Cleveland Case Classic Competition and the TYLA Competition. He also served as a Contract Law Teaching Assistant for Professor Shu-Acquaye.
Arseni believes in providing compassionate support to those who have been injured, helping them navigate the legal process and develop solutions when they’re often feeling their lowest. In fact, that’s what he loves most about practicing law: having the privilege of helping people during some of their most challenging times.
Outside of his legal work, Arseni is an avid beach volleyball player and chess enthusiast. He is also fluent in Russian and an active member of the Russian American Bar Association.
